The customer service is amazing! They are very qualified, helpful, informative and friendly. Remedied a BIG issue with my phone in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend!!

I recommend iStation for high quality repair of my phone and for friendly and careful staff. I also got very good screen protector and case for my phone. Prices are cheaper than in other places.

*UPDATED REVIEW in response to the business's reply* The representative did in fact take my phone to examine it and give me a quote, she looked at my screen, bent it back and caused more damage. The lack of accountability doesn't align with your previous remark that you value clarity and fairness. I've since paid to get my phone fixed and the establishment I went to offers a warranty whereas this one does not. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would like to discuss this further but no contact information was provided.________The lady working tonight (blonde hair) told me it would cost me $90 to fix my phone screen for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. She took my phone, saw the glass was loose and bent it back further to I guess assess what I needed? I thought $90 was expensive and went to the other side of the kiosk where I saw pricing for $55 because I wanted to make sure I was getting what was advertised. While doing this, another man approached her for a phone fix. I decided to just do it because my phone needed repair and waited with my card out ready to pay and asked how long it would take - she then replied "I have someone else's phone to fix, not today"Not only do I feel like this was overpriced but really inconsiderate. She saw me waiting with intentions to pay for this service. I was also there before this other gentleman approached her. She could've saved me time and told me when she saw me waiting that she wouldn't be able to help me. But she had me wait and then turned me away with a smirk on her face. I wouldn't go here for the very poor customer service.***Update on review*** shortly after getting home and over the next 24hrs I've been experiencing a ton of issues with my phone. I'm guessing it's from her pushing the glass further back and picking/prodding at it. My phone which had a broken screen was working fine and now it's completing unusable and I use it for work. So incredibly upset over this interaction. I would not recommend.

The I-Station store is always good. Friendly staff, clean store, and so on. Few days ago, was especially notable. I broke my Iphone screen. trust me, this guy knows customer service, he came back to me no time to let me know they have the screen for on their stock gave me the best price I could find, Friendly, courteous, helpful and super fast!!! You name the superlative and he easily deserves it. This was not an everyday experience. This was a GREAT experience, I hope I'll not break the screen again but if I will I know where to go :-)Thank you for superior service. You are the best!!!
